New Line Cinema’s horror thriller “IT,” directed by Andy Muschietti (“Mama”), is based on the hugely popular Stephen King novel of the same name, which has been terrifying readers for decades. When children begin to disappear in the town of Derry, Maine, a group of young kids are faced with their biggest fears when they square off against an evil clown named Pennywise, whose history of murder and violence dates back for centuries.

Berkshire Botanical Garden – Harvest Festival 2017

The Berkshire Botanical Garden Harvest Festival is one of the longest running of its kind, and will celebrate the 83rd Harvest Festival this year. The annual festival features local craft vendors, a farmers market, tag sales, music, entertainers, food, family fun, and more.

Kids under 12 are free
All proceeds go to benefit the Garden’s education program.

Samascott’s Annual Corn Maze Now Open in Kinderhook

Every year, Samascott’s Garden Market in Kinderhook designs and creates a unique, themed corn maze. This year’s maze, titled ‘I’ll Get You My Pretty’, features a witch in a tractor.

The Samascott’s web site recommends maze visitors dress for the elements. Bring a full water bottle for hydration and wear sturdy sneakers.

The Garden Market is also open, and features home made Apple Cider, Donuts and more.

DATES/TIME:
Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from September 2 through October 31st
The maze opens at 11 am, and last entry is at 5:00 pm.

ADMISSION:
$7 per person plus tax; children under 4 are free.

Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Please, no pets.

Final Weekend of Lucky Me at The Theater Barn in New Lebanon

This weekend is the final group of performances for The Theater Barn’s 2017 production of Lucky Me.

Sara’s having a bad week. Really bad!
