Hardscrabble Day is a Celebration of the rich rural heritage and vibrant community life that has made the Red Hook community such a great place to live, work and visit. There will be events and vendors on hand plus a performance by local musicians and The Tubes.

Oblong Books will have a booth at the event, where Ralph Nader will be on hand to sign his new book, “Getting Steamed to Overcome Corporatism: Build it Together to Win”. Nader is scheduled to be in the Oblong Book booth from 2:30 – 3:30pm.
