Diamond Street Diner to Reopen

Delicious news via SamPratt.com. The Diamond Street Diner on Warren St. in Hudson has new owners who plan to reopen the eatery with a local “farm-to-chef” menu to compliment the standard diner offerings.

The new owners are the organic farmers from Ghent of Grazin’ Angus Acres, the sign for which is located on Route 66. No word has been given on when we can expect the diner to open.
