Columbia Land Conservancy Music at Overmountain Conservation Area w/ Twisted Pine, Jul 17

In partnership with Sustain Music and Nature, the Columbia Land Conservancy (CLC) is hosting a Trail Session Hike & Concert on July 17th. Twisted Pine, an Americana funk band and NPR favorite, will perform on July 17 at Overmountain Conservation Area. Educational hike starts at 2:00 p.m., followed by the concert at 3:00 p.m.

Copake Country Club’s Summer Music Series: Unfinish’d Bizness, Jun 17

The Copake Country Club’s Summer Music Series is back with Unfinish’d Bizness kicking things off on Thursday, June 17th.

Every Thursday night join Copake Country Club and The Greens Restaurant for live music by some of the best bands in the Hudson Valley.

Reservations for dining inside, on the patio, or on the deck are always encouraged but you can also order take out and grab ice cold drinks from the outdoor bar! Bring a picnic blanket or lawn chairs for a fun night out and a little taste of normal.

70+ Businesses Participating in the 2econd Saturday Hudson Gallery Crawl, Jun 12

Momentum for the launch of the Hudson Gallery Crawl is growing with over 70 businesses getting ready to stay open late on Saturday, June 12th.  Every second Saturday of the month these galleries and stores will be keeping their doors open until 9pm with the restaurants and bars in town staying open much later.  

The City of Hudson is the place to go for Art, Culture & Design.  In one walkable mile 20 galleries are exhibiting art for any budget, for any taste, for the new buyer and the serious collector.

The designers of Hudson offer one of a kind fashion, couture hats, luxury jewelry, antique and modern furniture, as well as homegoods from Hudson valley craftspersons and makers from all over the world.  Over 15 shops have opened on Warren Street in 2021, offering the returning visitor plenty of new things to discover.

The Hudson Gallery Crawl has not forgotten about music or movie lovers.  Live performances will be taking place from the newly restored Park Theatre all the way down to Front Street, with numerous buskers playing, singing and DJing throughout Warren Street.  TSL, Hudson’s largest Art Center, is offering classic films in it’s outdoor theatre.  

Support for the Second Saturday Hudson Gallery Crawl comes from the founders, Susan Eley (Susan Eley Fine Art), Ellen D’Arcy Simpson (D’Arcy Simpson Artworks), and Jeremy Bullis (Window on Hudson), and Columbia County Tourism, the Galvan Foundation, Hudson Business Coalition, Hudson City Digital, Hudson Tourism Board, Peggy Pollenberg Real Estate, Visit Hudson NY, The Wick, as well as private donations.

Hudson Hall Reopening w/ Camille Thurman & The Darrell Green Trio, May 29

Hudson Hall is opening wide the doors and windows and inviting our community back for what promises to be an exhilarating celebration of the power of the arts to heal, inspire, delight, and reconnect. The season kicks off this weekend with Camille Thurman & The Darrell Green Trio.

When Camille Thurman is not touring with the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra, she’s on the road leading her band, The Camille Thurman Quartet and collaborating as a co-bandleader with the Darrell Green Trio. As a composer, multi-instrumentalist, vocalist, and unique interpreter of the jazz tradition, she is quickly becoming one of the standard-bearers for the form, making a dynamic contribution to the legacy of jazz while paying tribute to its heroes. In her Hudson Hall debut, Camille is joined by the Darrell Green Trio, featuring Anthony Wonsey on piano, Tom DiCarlo on bass, and Darrell Green on drums.

Live Music w/ Francis and Friends Outside at Random Harvest, Apr 25

Random Harvest invites everyone to enjoy a picnic on the lawn and celebrate the first concert of the season with Francis and Friends. Frances and Friends play traditional and bluegrass music and it’s always a lovely family scene.
