Ghent Playhouse Annual Panto – “Rapunzel: The Tale of a Quaran-Teen”

The Ghent Playhouse’s Annual Panto returns with “Rapunzel: The Tale of a Quaran-Teen”.

The Ghent Playhouse’s Annual Panto returns with “Rapunzel: The Tale of a Quaran-Teen”.

The outrageous “Loons” are finally back with their annual Panto.  Now in their 21st Season, the Panto Loons’ family-friendly productions have all the elements of a traditional British pantomime:  audience participation (booing, hissing, cheering), local and national politics, great characters, wonderful songs and lots of cross-dressing.  Holiday fun for the whole family.  This year, see their “twist” on the famous Brothers Grimm fairytale, Rapunzel, the story of the girl all “tressed” up with nowhere to go… ‘cause she’s stuck in a tower with no doors, silly!!  Join us to see how it all turns out.

Written and Directed by Cathy Lee-Visscher
