Mahaiwe’s Annual Showing of The Wizard of Oz, Nov 26

Each year the Mahaiwe in Great Barrington celebrates Thanksgiving with an annual showing of 1939’s The Wizard of Oz. This one-time screening will be on Saturday, November 26th.

Join Dorothy as she follows the Yellow Brick Road of Oz to find her way home. Audiences enjoy this classic 1939 movie every Thanksgiving weekend at the Mahaiwe.

Head to the Mahaiwe in Great Barrington for their annual, traditional showing of 1939’s The Wizard of Oz, on Friday, November 26.

Art Omi’s Trick or Treat in the Park is Back, Oct 30

Join Art Omi on October 30 for an afternoon of Halloween fun in the Park. Kids of all ages are encouraged to wear their ghoulish best as they seek out treats amidst the sculptures. Enjoy spooky photo opportunities, cider, and other autumnal treats as Omi celebrates the return of their biggest community event of the year!

The Copake Country Club’s Winter Chill-Out, Feb 27

The Copake Country Club’s Winter Chill-Out Penguin Party is Saturday, February 27th. Bundle up, grab your snow gear & hang out on the club’s snow covered hills while enjoying an outdoor bar, grab takeout for a winter picnic by the bonfire, or warm up inside with lunch or dinner after.

Use of the grounds & winter chill-out games are free and open to the public, bring your own equipment, reservations required for dining indoors.

The Friends of Cleremont is hosting an Online History Event for kids – The American Girls of Clermont – on Saturday, January 30th.

Learn about the lives of 12 young women who once called Clermont home. Using the beautifully customized dolls created by Friends of Clermont member Adrienne Westmore, the virtual event will take a deeper look into the lives of young women at Clermont and the time periods that shaped them. A great event for kids who love history!
