Hosted by The Crandell Theatre, FilmColumbia is an annual eight-day festival of world-class films representing major studios, independents, international films, animated features, documentaries and children’s short films. In addition to screening approximately 50 films, the festival also features panels, Q&A sessions with filmmakers and screenwriting workshops.

TICKET PRICES:
$11 – $17 per movie
Gold Pass: Access to all films and events, except Brian Cox honoring party – $275 for non-members/$220 members
All Film Pass (Access to films only, does not include events) – $250 for non-members/$200 members

J. Stephen Casscles of Athens, NY, author of Grapes of the Hudson Valley, and a winemaker at the Hudson-Chatham Winery, will talk about the history of grape growing and wine making in the Hudson Valley.

Stephen Casscles of Athens, NY, author of Grapes of the Hudson Valley, and a winemaker at the Hudson-Chatham Winery, will talk about the history of grape growing and wine making in the Hudson Valley. The Hudson Valley is a unique wine growing area, using many different kinds of grape varieties to produce a wide range of quality styles of wine. The audience will taste various styles of wine produced by the Hudson-Chatham Winery. Afterwards, the author will sell and sign copies of his book.

The Mental Health Association of Columbia-Greene Counties is holding it’s 12th Annual Pumpkin Walk at the Columbia Greene Community College on Saturday, October 13, 2018.

The Mental Health Association of Columbia-Greene Counties is holding it’s 12th Annual Pumpkin Walk at the Columbia Greene Community College on Saturday, October 13, 2018.  Take a walk along a path lit by jack-o-lanterns tat have been carved by local children and artists.

We take the BEST BAND in the HUDSON VALLEY, the BEST BBQ in the BERKSHIRES and the BEST LOCAL POTATIONS from both and mix them all together for one fantastic day of eating, drinking and dancing at the historic Mount Washington House in Hillsdale, NY! This event will be outdoors, weather permitting!
