Around The Table is a comprehensive panel addressing addressing concerns over food insecurity and access featuring Sky High Farm, Hudson Community Free Fridge, City of Hudson Youth Center, Columbia County Sanctuary Movement, Stone Barns Center for Food and Agriculture and La Morada Mutual Aid Kitchen amongst others to be presented on Earth day, Thursday, April 22 at 6pm by The Spark of Hudson via YouTube livestream. Around The Table – A discussion on Food and Access will be moderated by Alexina Carther of NYC Food Policy, this panel discussion will bring together farmers, producers, policy advocates, chefs, food based nonprofits and mutual aid workers to discuss how we can build more resilient supply chains to feed the food insecure in the town of Hudson, New York. Around The Table, aims to provoke discussion and ideas with a tangible application, to quickly mobilise food producers and the Hudson community to get fresh food to the food insecure. To foster connections between changemakers and advocates in Hudson, NY, with those already working in this space to build a collaborative network of support.

Founded by Susan Danziger and Albert Wenger, The Spark has recently spearheaded and supported a number of community initiatives in the wake of the COVID-19 crisis.
