The Chatham Agricultural Partnership (CAP), the Columbia Land Conservancy, and the farmers of Chatham present the Chatham Area Farm Tour 2019 on Saturday, September 28.
2019 is the eleventh annual self-guided bike and car tour that invites the public to visit farms in the Chatham area. Visitors will get to see the diverse face of farming in northern Columbia County, with horse, dairy, sheep, cattle, maple syrup, wine, and produce farms. There will also be stands open, many with local farm products to purchase.
This year’s tour is co-sponsored by the Columbia Land Conservancy and visitors will learn about the important roles the organization plays in the farmland of Columbia County.
