The Won Dharma Center presents ‘Reclaim Your Reality | Post-Election Self-Care with Sound, Sight & Scent’ by Glendy Yeung, on Saturday, November 14th.
Let’s make some sense of our reality with this in-person gathering at the Won Dharma Center for a together yet social distancing sound healing experience.
We will be surrounded by nature, bathing in healing sound vibrations from tuning forks, crystal alchemy bowls, chimes, and essential oils specially selected to help reset your post-election nervous system and to reclaim your sanity.
To make it an experience to ground and connect, stay for the optional vegetarian lunch (reservation required) to process and explore the beautiful trails of Won Dharma Center for a group hike and nature meditation.
Join Cooper’s Daughter Spirits at Olde York Farm for a Pumpkin + Sip class this Friday, October 30th. Flower Blossom Farm will be there to make flower arrangements/center pieces in a pretty pre-cleaned pumpkin.
This is an outdoor event under the tent in the Cocktail Garden so dress warm.
You can bring your own snippers and pruners to avoid sharing tools with others.
Cash bar available. Farm-to-Table Japanese Bento Boxes available for purchase by Ku-Ki.
The Claverack Free Library is hosting Food Truck Wednesdays during the month of October. Each Week, a different, local food truck will be parked by the library lawn. Diners are invited to bring their own picnic gear and eat on the lawn, or take your food to go.
